Meredith Bricker
Meredith Bricker Fitness
Meredith lived a transient life as an Air Force brat and found her roots in dance at an early age. Movement not only helped her stay connected to her body but also to a close knit community. She has channeled those early influences into her practice now and finds that connecting with her clients through their movement journey is the best part of her job. Meredith completed her undergraduate degree at Berry College, receiving a BA in photography/graphic arts with a minor in marketing. After working seven years in the hospitality industry and event planning she found her true calling- teaching! Meredith was certified in classical Pilates and Redcord in 2013 and has been teaching for almost a decade here in Midtown. Guided by her dance background, Meredith has a meticulous eye for detail and enjoys focusing on the anatomy and proper biomechanics of movement. She believes that the body benefits most from training across multiple modalities and uses the foundation of the Pilates method, the science of Redcord suspension, and the benefits of strength training to craft an exercise program that meets each client’s needs. She has found this combination to be truly transformational, increasing their overall strength and mobility simultaneously. And when you work with Meredith, you get more than just a fitness instructor- you get a cheerleader!
In her free time Meredith enjoys hot yoga, long walks with her dog, and all that Atlanta city life has to offer. She and her teenage daughter love going to concerts together, exploring NYC, and taking beach trips.

Natalie Jordan
Natalie hails from a diverse professional and educational background. She is a classically trained flutist from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, and she holds a BS degree from Wake Forest University in Mathematical Economics. Her life of long hours practicing and performing, while balancing a career in the corporate world, caused her to develop back, neck, and shoulder issues. Her discovery of Pilates, Redcord Suspension Training, and other traditional conditioning tools transformed her life so much that she knew she wanted others to experience these life changing benefits, as well.
Natalie has been teaching Pilates and Redcord Suspension Training for over a decade. To her, every body has a unique story to tell. She loves working with her clients to understand that story and to help them look holistically at their lives and how that influences their workout goals. When she’s not teaching, Natalie prioritizes her own workouts and she can be found playing the flute, going to plays, art exhibits, or concerts.
