No, every individual has a pelvic floor and gender and childbirth history are not the only factors associated with pelvic floor dysfunction. Some of the signs that you may benefit from a pelvic floor physical therapy evaluation include: pain in your pelvis, back, or hips, difficulty controlling your bladder or bowel movements, and pain with sexual activity. 

We are not contracted with any insurance companies. However, the payments you make may be reimbursable by your insurance company under your out-of-network physical therapy benefits; the exact percentage depends upon your plan. Due to the complex nature of insurance claims and reimbursement, we cannot guarantee reimbursement.

We offer private and semi-private Pilates, RedCord suspension, Kettlebells, yoga and performance running analysis services.

Yes!  We now have group Pilates mat classes and small group yoga classes.
